Job Description:

As a (Senior) Flutter Developer at LINDERA, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional mobile applications that deliver an outstanding user experience in the healthcare domain. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to build innovative, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter.

• Cross-Platform Development: Create and optimize applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring consistent performance and user experience across devices.

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs into code, with a strong focus on pixel-perfect implementation and smooth animations.


• Integration: Integrate with various APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality in the healthcare and motion tracking space.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the mobile applications.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to deliver a snappy user experience in healthcare applications.

• Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track code changes.


• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products on schedule.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and project-related information.

• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile app development and Flutter, especially in the context of motion tracking for healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Proficiency in developing cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

• Experience with RESTful API design concepts and integration.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider or Bloc.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, or Flutter's own architecture).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A portfolio of previous Flutter projects is a plus.
